Howard’s father and grandfather had sole practice law firms and Howard was reared with the anticipation he would practice law. Four months after being licensed, Howard tried his first personal injury jury trial to verdict. Three years into practice he settled his first large-dollar case.
Howard is an American Association for Justice Board of Governor at large, the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers, the Alumni Association President for the John Marshall Law School, WCLA, WILG, The Illinois Bar Foundation and the American Association for Justice PAC (Eagle level).
Ankin Law assists Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, The Lakeview Pantry and during the holiday season Another Chance Baptist Church’s Christmas toy drive.
