Firm Background:
Richard Shallcross has been exclusively a plaintiffs’ attorney since graduating from the University of Tulsa law school in 1981. His law practice in Tulsa is entirely medical negligence and other serious personal injury. He is assisted by a capable staff of four paralegals and legal assistants. Richard has been an active member of the American Association for Justice and of the OAJ since 1991. The NCA conferred the certificate of Diplomat of Trial Advocacy upon him in 2011. Richard has an undergraduate degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering and an MBA in management from Georgia State University. He has been a CPA in Texas and Oklahoma since 1978.
