Joe is a partner of Satterley & Kelley, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky, a principal of Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood in Oakland, California. He represents hundreds of clients for asbestos-related diseases and all types of toxic injuries, including Benzene and solvent brain injuries. Joe has obtained many large-dollar settlements and jury verdicts. He has achieved more large-dollar verdicts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky than any other practicing attorney. He is currently on the Board of Directors and President Elect of the Kentucky Justice Association. Joe is currently representing mesothelioma victims in Kentucky, California, Tennessee, West Virginia, Illinois, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
