Mr. O’Malley is a past chairman of the Workers’ Compensation section of the American Association for Justice and a Past President of the Workplace Law and Advocacy Group and College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. Mr. O’Malley is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representative.
He has lectured nationally on workers' compensation and jury trial issues and his article, “Fighting Insurance Fraud for Your Clients’ Sake,” appeared in “Trial” magazine, December 1998. Other lectures include speaking at the Injured Workers’ Bar Association, Syracuse, New York; The Tennessee Trial Lawyers, Memphis; the Southern Trial Lawyers, New Orleans. Mr. O'Malley has a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rating in “The Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys.”
Mr. O’Malley has participated in numerous complex cases involving Fair Labor Standard Act issues, including “Evans et al. v. Lowe’s” and “Rahman et al. v. Cargill Meat Solutions.”
