They have served as chair of an American Association for Justice Committee, vice chair of ATLA State Delegates, and vice chair of the Tennessee Supreme Court Committee on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. The firm has been honored with the receipt of the Tennessee Supreme Court Award. Two partners have written a chapter in the Thompson-West publication, “Litigating Tort Cases.” One member served as a State Senator in the Tennessee Legislation as well as Mayor of Chattanooga for eight years.
