The firm was formed by a majority of the attorneys of Segal and Davis, L.C., which concluded its affairs on November 5, 1996, when one of its founders, Robin Jean Davis, was elected as a Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. We represent the working men and women of West Virginia, and injured children. The firm changed its name to Segal & Amos, PLLC in January 2025.
